Ballet Barre

Enjoy Ballet Barre at Diana's Health & Fitness, Wellingborough

This class combines postural exercises inspired by disciplines such as Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.

Use the Barre for balance and focus on your isometric strength. Develop your core by combining high reps with small range movements.

Please remember that Ballet Shoes or Grip Socks (available from the Club shop) should be worn for this class.
