Join the Sugarpole Fitness Class at Diana's

Diana’s Sugarpole Fitness classes include a delicate mix of stretching, conditioning, spins, tricks and choreography to make you a master of the pole. 

Classes are held weekly over a six-week period and choreography is built up each week for a grand finale routine performed at the end of each course. All routines are a combination of dance floor work, spins & tricks and are suitable for people of all abilities.

Please note that this class carries an additional fee, further information available from reception.
