Functional Strength is a small group training experience in the Functional Studio designed to build strength, improve fitness and get your body moving the right way. Combining functional training, athletic movement and conditioning, this motivating full-body workout uses a variety of training methods designed to improve strength, endurance, movement and overall performance. Expect a dynamic and supportive atmosphere with expert coaching throughout. Suitable for all fitness levels, exercises can be adapted for beginners through to more experienced gym users, making this the perfect class for anyone wanting to feel stronger, fitter and more energised. With only 10 spaces available per class, members benefit from a more personal coaching experience and a premium small-group training environment.
