How lucky are we to have this great independent club, with lovely staff and friendly members. I’ve been a member of Diana’s for about 10 years now and have to say it’s good to see the club thriving especially since Covid.
I love group exercise and think the timetable is in great shape with a good variety of classes and amazing trainers. We have a great bit of banter in the classes which makes working out feel easier, but you’ll deffo leave feeling like you’ve had a good work out.
My personal favs are Pump with Carl, Spin with both Monika & Carl, Vitality HIIT with Jas and Monday night HIIT club with Dane. Although if he tells you it’s 45 seconds, it’s not 45 seconds.
Away from the club I love being outside either walking on my bike or by the sea.
