 I first joined Diana’s in 2020 after my local gym closed due to the pandemic. At that time, I was falling in and out of working out and gradually the weight piled on. 

I have since started working with Olly for over 18 months, and have learned that you don’t need to lift personal records every week. It comes with gradually improving your technique, improving strength through lifting ligher weights but increasing intensity. Most importantly, consistency is key. Since working with Olly, I have now found consistency in my training and you often see me working early mornings. 

Going to the gym has given me confidence to sign up to a couple of Hyrox races, something which i thought I was never able do. Now I work alongside Miri to focus on my Hyrox fitness as well Olly to maintain my strength.
