Sue’s Yoga classes are packed with variety and her students always leave the class feeling relaxed. Having attended a Yoga Fundamentals course purely for self-interest, she then embarked on an 18-month part-time (200-hour) yoga teaching training course which finally led her to join the Diana’s team.
Unsurprisingly, the one thing that Sue can’t stop talking about is… yoga! When she’s not at Diana’s, you’ll find her out walking with her partner or pottering around in the garden.
Your Classes TeamTamsin was a member here at Diana’s for years before completing her qualifications. It was only a natural choice to ask her to join our team when a position became available. Hard working and constantly striving to better herself, Tamsin sets the level when it comes to personal development.
Tamsin thinks of herself as the ‘Form Police’ always trying to improve her client’s techniques. Outside of the gym, Tamsin is close to her three siblings and often trains here at the gym with her younger brother Travis.
Your Personal TrainersThomas joined us having been a Fitness Manager at another gym and we are so glad he did. He thrives on training clients for different events such as Marathons, Triathlons etc. and loves helping to build Diana’s into a successful and amazing facility.
His best skill in the gym is to notice when a member is struggling with a certain exercise, he’s your man for finding an alternative exercise to still work that particular muscle. Outside of Diana’s, Tom is most passionate about his family (Kirstin, his wife and two beautiful children) and Liverpool Football Club.
Your Gym Team, Your Personal TrainersTracey is the Club Powerhouse, running group classes and personal training. She worked with Steve in a previous life and somehow just ended up here. Her clients know her as a hard taskmaster and she’s definitely tough, you’d have to be to survive Diana’s alongside three daughters, one son, two dogs and SEVEN cats!
Tracey has a black belt in Shotokan Karate, was once Peterborough’s Karate Kata Champion and was also selected for the England squad. She has successfully completed three London Marathons, two Tough Guy competitions and she loves making a difference to anyone attending her classes.
