I first joined Diana’s in August 2023 after gaining 5 stone during my third pregnancy. I had zero body confidence at all, would always wear baggy clothes and would hide right at the back of the classes in the hope the ground would just swallow me whole. Alongside PTs with Dane, who is honestly one of the most kind, supportive and funny people to work at Diana’s, I began with dance and combat classes working my way up to HIIT and pump. Chris changed my whole thought process around food and exercise, I would barely eat a thing in the hope it would help me to lose weight, but after a very lengthy lecture (which I will always remember), I began eating the way I should and never looked back! Chris pulled me out of my bad days and motivated me to keep going. Though he is super irritating most days. I am extremely grateful for his support throughout the whole process. A year ago I found my love for CrossFit which has enabled me to further build on my fitness. I have also participated in many charity and muddy runs which I couldn’t have imagined doing a few years ago. At Diana’s, I have met some amazing people and made some forever friends!
