I’ve been a member of Diana’s for several years. I was diagnosed with a critical illness and avoided the gym for a few years out of fear. That then turned into embarrassment as I was not just ill, I was out of shape. Since January this year I have begun a fitness journey and really fallen back in love with the gym. With help and support from Logan who gave me confidence to start lifting weights again and encouragement from the ever amazing Carl I now attend Pump & HITT most Thursday mornings too. Ollie is my weekly PT who has been my rock throughout and helped me in losing 5 stone so far in 2024. I am lifting much heavier weights (safely!), plus I feel confident in what I am doing daily.  Being member of the month is a real honour and milestone for me, but I wouldn’t be here without the staff and friends I talk to in the gym everyday
