Within our terms & conditions that you sign upon joining, if you need to cancel during your 12-month term, we can suspend or end your membership early for medical, financial, or relocation reasons with proof (a £25 cancellation fee applies); after 12 months, you can cancel anytime with 1 month’s notice.
